(1) The single point service center shall establish and operate a website and portal to provide service facilities using electronic means.
(2) The following facilities will be available on the website and portal established as per sub-rule (1):-
(a) To submit application and documents to get the service facility provided by Ekal Nindu Seva Kendra,
(b): To obtain information about the action, progress and decision regarding the application submitted,
(c) To receive investment related information and details,
(d) Information regarding service facilities provided by single point service center.
(3) The Single Point Service Center shall maintain electronic records of documents received in electronic or physical form.
